Citadel Realty Q3FY26 Net Profit Rises 5.07%

Citadel Realty and Developers Limited reported Q3FY26 net profit of ₹35.88 lakhs versus ₹34.15 lakhs in Q3FY25. Nine-month net profit increased 24.48% to ₹111.75 lakhs from ₹89.78 lakhs.

Citadel Realty Reports Quarterly Results with Income of Rs 99.47 Lakhs

Citadel Realty and Developers Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported income from operations of Rs 99.47 lakhs for the quarter, compared to Rs 89.30 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the half year, income from operations stood at Rs 198.40 lakhs versus Rs 177.63 lakhs in the previous year. The company's basic earnings per share was Rs 0.45 for the quarter and Rs 0.93 for the half year. Finance costs for the quarter were Rs 39.45 lakhs. The Board approved an interim dividend of 5% (50 paisa per equity share of face value Rs 10 each), totaling Rs 41.52 lakhs. The company operates primarily in the real estate business. The trading window for designated persons remains closed until November 13, 2025.

Citadel: Clients Opt to Retain Profits Despite Cash-Out Offer

Citadel offered clients the option to cash out profits after a 15% gain in its flagship strategy last year. However, most clients chose to keep their money invested. Only about $300 million out of billions in profits is exiting the firm. This marks a change from recent years when profit redemption was required rather than optional.
