City Crops Agro Limited posted a net loss of Rs 584.97 lakh for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 323.97 lakh in the previous year. The company faced significant losses due to destruction of perishable stock-in-trade with no insurance coverage, along with outstanding income tax liabilities of Rs 53.59 lakh for previous financial years.

City Crops Agro Limited appointed Ms. Priyanka Joshi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective September 15, 2025. Ms. Joshi is an Associate Company Secretary of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with experience in legal compliance and secretarial functions. The Board of Directors also approved changing the company's registered office address within Ahmedabad city from A-703, Privilon, B/h Iscon Temple, Ambli-Bopal Road to 307, Haash Business Centre, Fatehnagar, Nr. Ankoor School, Paldi, Ahmedabad. Both changes took effect on September 15, 2025.
