The company's net sales/income from operations reached Rs. 892.98 lakhs, primarily driven by share sales of Rs. 887.74 lakhs. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs. 6.60. The board set September 5, 2025 as the record date for AGM voting and final dividend eligibility, with the AGM scheduled for September 12, 2025 via video conferencing. In leadership changes, Mrs. Nidhi Rohit Grover resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to personal reasons, effective July 29, 2025. Ms. Sakshi M.
