The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mrs. Anshita Malani as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 4, 2025. Mrs. Malani is a qualified Company Secretary and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with membership number A69097, bringing expertise in secretarial and compliance functions under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations. Mrs. Jagani will also cease to be Key Managerial Personnel under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 from her resignation date.
