1985
- The Company was incorporated as 'Himachal Electronics Ltd.' on 24th July at Himachal Pradesh.
- The Company set up a project for the manufacture of 500 TPA of soft ferrites in technical collaboration with Elektro-Consult, Berlin and Kombinat VEB Keramische Werke, Hermsdorf.
1986
- The name of the Company was changed to its present name on 26th August.
1987
- The Company offered 27,58,400 equity shares for cash at par.
- All shares offered were accepted.
1992
- 37,60,000 shares were allotted to a financial institution on conversion of loan.
1993
- 6,00,000 shares were allotted on conversion of loan to a financial institution.
- 2,500 shares were forfeited.
1994
- Margins came under pressure due to reduction in import duties and inflationary increase in overheads.
- 9,00,000 shares were allotted to promoters and associates on a private placement basis.
- The forfeiture on 2,500 shares was annulled.
1995
- The Company expanded its manufacturing capacity by setting up a new unit at Jabli, Himachal Pradesh.
- Margins came under pressure due to reduction in import duties and increase in overheads and international prices of raw materials.
2003
- The members approved the delisting of shares from Delhi, Ludhiana, and Calcutta Stock Exchanges.
2007
- The Company appointed Mr. B B Tandon as Additional Director.
2009
- The Company appointed Mr. Hemant Laxman Paranjpe as Additional Director (Independent).
2010
- The Company shifted its corporate office from Saket, New Delhi to Jasola District Centre, New Delhi.
2011
- The Company appointed Mr. Sanjay Kumar Ojha as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
2014
- The Company appointed Ms. Jyoti Dixit as Additional Director.
2017
- The Company began production of LED lamps and lighting effects at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
2018
- The Company approved a plan to expand the capacity of its ferrites manufacturing facility from 2400 MT to 3600 MT per annum.
2021
- The Company expanded the capacity of its ferrites manufacturing facility in Himachal Pradesh.
