1976
- Incorporated on 7th October in New Delhi; promoted by Ashok Jaipuria for BOPP film manufacture.
- Planned manufacture of coated and uncoated BOPP film (10-15 microns) for packaging.
1980
- Allotted 260,000 shares to promoters, 99,000 to SICOM, 100,000 to Ashok Jaipuria.
- Offered 441,000 shares at par to public in July.
1984
- Production increased to 512 tonnes; sales to 499 tonnes.
1985
- Developed pearlined film for attractive packaging.
