2018	The Company was converted into a public limited company. The name of the Company was changed to Craftsman Automation Limited.
2019	Commissioned third satellite unit in Pune. Commissioned second satellite units in Bengaluru and Faridabad. Malumichampatti unit-5 was shifted to Arasur unit-3.
2020	Initiated winding up process of the Subsidiary, Craftsman Automation Singapore Pte. Ltd.
2021	IPO was launched in March. Equity shares were listed on BSE & NSE. Acquired 76% of the equity share capital of DR Axion India Pvt Ltd.
2024	Craftsman Automation received the Entrepreneur & Leadership Award from JCB India.
