Cravatex Limited Reports Quarterly Financial Results for Quarter Ended June 30, 2025

Cravatex Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 144.14 lakhs and total income of Rs. 279.48 lakhs, with a profit of Rs. 44.21 lakhs for the quarter. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs. 1.71. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations was Rs. 2,312.69 lakhs with total income of Rs. 2,833.65 lakhs, but the company recorded a net loss of Rs. 136.77 lakhs. The consolidated results include subsidiaries BB (UK) Limited and BB Euro GmBH, which contributed total income of Rs. 2,554.16 lakhs but reported a net loss of Rs. 180.99 lakhs. The financial results were reviewed by statutory auditors GPS & Associates and approved during a board meeting held on August 12, 2025.
