DAPS Advertising Appoints New Auditors and Directors, Increases Share Capital

DAPS Advertising Limited's Board approved several key appointments and corporate actions on July 30, 2025. The company appointed M/s B.M. Chaturvedi & Co. as Statutory Auditor for 5 years, replacing M/s Kedia Gupta & Associates whose tenure concluded. M/s HKS & Associates LLP was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years. The Board approved an increase in authorized share capital and amendment of the capital clause.
