Datiware Maritime Infra Reports Net Loss of ₹9.85 Lakhs in Q1 FY2026, Appoints New Auditors

Datiware Maritime Infra Limited reported a net loss of ₹9.85 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a net loss of ₹18.96 lakhs in the previous quarter and ₹13.46 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Total revenue increased to ₹9.75 lakhs from ₹3.25 lakhs in the previous quarter. The company operates in two segments - Fishery and Shipyard - with total expenses of ₹22.21 lakhs. Basic earnings per share stood at -₹0.20. The Board reappointed Ms. Shailesh Shringi & Company as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 and appointed M/s. Shrenik Nagaonkar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval. The company has no outstanding loans from banks or financial institutions and maintains a paid-up equity share capital of ₹500 lakhs.
