- The name of the company was changed on 3rd August.
- The company obtained the certificate of commencement of Business from the Registrar of Companies, U.P. Kanpur.
1995
- The Company came out with its maiden Public Issue of 7,50,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at par aggregating to Rs 75,00,000/-
- The Issue was oversubscribed by more than 14 times.
- Mr. Bajrang Lal Chandak resigned from directorship.
- Mr. Sita Ram Bhuwalka resigned from the office of the Managing Director.
- Mr. Shiv Narayan Daga was appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years.

- The company proposed splitting of equity shares of Rs. 10 each into two equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
- The Company signed an agreement with CDSL, NSDL and Alankit Assignments Ltd for dematerialisation.

- Yogesh Kumar resigned from the office of the Company Secretary.
- Ms Tulika Singhal was appointed as Company Secretary of the company.

- DB International Stock Brokers Ltd appointed Mr. Sachin Rathi as Additional Director of the Company.
