Deepak Chemtex Appoints Two New Independent Directors as Two Others Complete Terms

Deepak Chemtex Limited has appointed Mrs. Daya Amit Bansal and Mr. Manish Kankani as Additional Directors (Independent) effective July 27, 2025, both for five-year terms ending July 26, 2030. The appointments are subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Bansal is a Chartered Accountant with 13 years of experience in audit, tax, and RERA matters. Mr. Kankani is a practicing Chartered Accountant with 10 years of experience specializing in auditing, taxation, and financial advisory, particularly for NBFCs. Simultaneously, Mr. Gautam Lath and Mrs. Pinki Kedia ceased to be Independent Directors after completing their terms on July 27, 2025. Both new appointees are not related to existing directors, key managerial personnel, or promoters, and neither is debarred from holding director positions.
