Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Limited reported a net profit of ₹246.62 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to ₹104.01 lakhs in the same quarter last year, representing a 137% increase. Revenue from operations surged to ₹7,965.17 lakhs from ₹2,967.63 lakhs year-on-year, marking a 168% growth. Total revenue reached ₹8,128.51 lakhs versus ₹3,110.83 lakhs in the previous year. Basic earnings per share improved to ₹3.16 from ₹2.67. The company's debt equity ratio stood at 1.58, with a debt service coverage ratio of 9.29 and interest service coverage ratio of 13.56. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited financial results on August 7, 2025, which were reviewed by statutory auditors G.D. Upadhyay & Co.
