Dhyaani Tradeventtures Appoints Ms. KM Khushi as Additional Non-Executive Director and Reconstitutes Board Committees

Dhyaani Tradeventtures Limited appointed Ms. KM Khushi as an Additional Non-Executive Director effective August 23, 2025. Ms. Khushi, aged 25 years, holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Master's degree in Sociology with two years of experience in Accountancy. She is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding directorship. The company simultaneously reconstituted three board committees: the Audit Committee with Mr. Keval Dipakkumar Dave as Chairman, Mr. Ashish Agarwal and Mr. Chintan Nayan bhai Rajyaguru as members; the Nomination & Remuneration Committee with Mr. Ashish Agarwal as Chairman, Mr. Keval Dipakkumar Dave and Ms. KM Khushi as members; and the Stakeholder's Relationship Committee with Ms. KM Khushi as Chairman, Mr. Ashish Agarwal and Mr. Keval Dipakkumar Dave as members. The board meeting was held on August 23, 2025, commencing at 15:15 P.M and concluding at 15:45 P.M.
