- The transferor companies, Diksha Exim Private Limited and Wizard Vincom Private Limited, were amalgamated with the company.
2015
- The High Court at Calcutta approved the scheme of Amalgamation under Section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
2017
- The Company changed its name from Diksha Timber Private Limited to Diksha Greens Private Limited.
- The Company issued and allotted 2,94,990 Equity Shares to the Equity Shareholders of Diksha Exim Private Limited and Wizard Vincom Private Limited.
2018
- The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Diksha Greens Limited.
- The Company acquired a functional multipurpose cold storage located at Village & PO Dwarbasini, JL no: 89, PS Pandua, District Hooghly, West Bengal, India.
