Dipna Pharmachem's Board approved allotment of 22,44,000 equity shares at Rs. 13.05 each to non-promoter allottees Mr. Ashok Dilipkumar Jain and Ms. Kajal Ashok Jain upon conversion of convertible warrants, raising Rs. 2.20 crores. The company's paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs. 24.05 crores to Rs. 26.29 crores, with the newly issued shares ranking pari-passu with existing equity shares.

Dipna Pharmachem Limited posted net profit of Rs. 141.10 lakhs for six months ended September 30, 2025, marking a 319% increase from Rs. 33.67 lakhs in the same period last year, with total income declining to Rs. 7,354.12 lakhs from Rs. 9,062.38 lakhs. The pharmaceutical trading company raised Rs. 18.93 crores through allotment of 5.80 crore convertible warrants in September 2025 for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
