1989

1990
- DSCL took over the publication business of Boom Trading & Investments as per the takeover agreement executed in April 1990
1991
- The Hindi edition of Dalal Street Investment Journal was launched
1993
- The Gujarati edition of Dalal Street Investment Journal was launched
- The Company approved a resolution to commence business in various activities including management consultancy and media representation.
1994
- DSCL was converted into a public limited company by a special resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 29 March 1994
- DSCL obtained fresh certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay on 14th June, 1994
1995
- The agreement with the Economist Group, Hong Kong as Sales Representative for India was initially upto September 1995.
2001
- Splitting of equity share from Rs 10/- each to Rs 1/- each.
2021
- Company name has changed to DSJ Keep Learning Ltd. from DSJ Communications Ltd.
2024
- The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 7:9 at par.
