2009
- A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana on February 09, 2009
- The name of the Company was changed from Diva Envitec Filtration Technologies Private Limited to DU Digital Technologies Private Limited pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company on January 19, 2009
