ECS Biztech Reports 77% Revenue Decline in Q1 FY2026 Results

ECS Biztech Limited reported standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations dropped significantly to Rs. 38.68 lakhs compared to Rs. 170.34 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit decreased to Rs. 3.51 lakhs from Rs. 6.64 lakhs year-over-year. However, EBITDA margin improved to 16.4% from 4.6% in the previous year. The company operates in a single segment of consulting and software. Paid-up equity share capital remained unchanged at Rs. 2,055.50 lakhs. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 12, 2025.
