Elegant Marbles Grani Industries Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 816.98 lakhs for the quarter, compared to Rs. 681.75 lakhs in the previous quarter and Rs. 1,037.88 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the half year, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,498.73 lakhs with a net profit of Rs. 204.67 lakhs. The company's total assets were Rs. 15,486.29 lakhs as of September 30, 2025. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The statutory auditors expressed an unqualified review opinion on the financial results.

Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹83.57 lakhs, significantly higher than ₹17.63 lakhs in the corresponding previous quarter. Basic and diluted earnings per share were ₹2.82 for the quarter. The company recorded exceptional items of ₹35.82 lakhs during the quarter. Total comprehensive income reached ₹996.11 lakhs due to other comprehensive income items. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on August 13, 2025. The statutory auditors M/s. JD Pawar & Associates provided an unqualified review opinion on the financial results.
