1994	The Company became one of the few plants with integrated production facilities for Marble Tiles, Marble Slabs, and Granite Slabs. The name of the Company was changed to Elegant Marbles and Grani Industries Pvt Ltd and it was converted into a Public Limited Company.
1995	The Company inaugurated a new retail outlet in Bombay's marble market. The Company planned to set up representative offices across India for effective marketing. The Company was awarded the Government Recognised Export House Status.
1998	The company purchased a large showroom cum corporate office at Lower Parel, Mumbai.
2012	The Company recommended a dividend of 20%.

Elegant Marbles Grani Industries Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. For the half year, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,498.73 lakhs with a net profit of Rs. 204.67 lakhs. The company's total assets were Rs. 15,486.29 lakhs as of September 30, 2025. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The statutory auditors expressed an unqualified review opinion on the financial results.

Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹681.75 lakhs, compared to ₹664.18 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹83.57 lakhs, significantly higher than ₹17.63 lakhs in the corresponding previous quarter. Basic and diluted earnings per share were ₹2.82 for the quarter. The company recorded exceptional items of ₹35.82 lakhs during the quarter. Total comprehensive income reached ₹996.11 lakhs due to other comprehensive income items. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on August 13, 2025. The statutory auditors M/s. JD Pawar & Associates provided an unqualified review opinion on the financial results.
