Elixir Capital schedules board meet for Q3FY26 results

Elixir Capital Reports Mixed Financial Performance for Quarter Ended June 30, 2025

Elixir Capital Limited released unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, following a board meeting held on August 14, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported a net loss after tax of Rs. 0.55 lakhs compared to a net profit of Rs. 63.80 lakhs in the same quarter last year. However, on a consolidated basis, the company showed strong performance with a net profit after tax of Rs. 932.67 lakhs for the quarter, significantly higher than the loss of Rs. 626.91 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The consolidated results include subsidiaries Elixir Equities Private Limited, Elixir Wealth Management Private Limited, and Dipan Mehta Commodities Private Limited. Earnings per share on a consolidated basis improved to Rs. 16.07 from a loss of Rs. 10.80 per share in the same quarter last year. The company's paid-up equity share capital remained at Rs. 580.32 lakhs with a face value of Rs. 10.00 per share.
