2008
- One unit of Wind Turbine Generator having a capacity of 1.25 MW was commissioned by the Company at Shivapura Kavalu Village, Belur Taluka, Hassan District in Karnataka.
2009
- CNC Machines imported from USA and Germany were installed.
2010
- Two units of Wind Turbine Generators having a capacity of 1.6 MW were commissioned by the Company at Kita & Ugawa District, Jaisalmer in Rajasthan.
2013
- The Company crossed the Rs.3,000 Lacs mark of turnover.
2015
- The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company.
- The name of the Company was changed to Emkay Taps and Cutting Tools Limited.
- The Registered Office of the Company was shifted to Plot No. B-27 and B-27/1, M.I.D.C. Hingna, Industrial Estate, Nagpur.
2018
- The Company issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 5:1.
2023
- Emkay Taps and Cutting Tools Limited approved Scheme of Arrangement for demerger of manufacturing of threading taps and cutting tools division into Emkay Tools Limited.
