  • The Company's name was changed from EMS Infracon Private Limited to EMS Private Limited.
  • The Company was awarded a project for Zero Liquid Discharge CETP in Banthar, Unnao by Namami Gange.

  • The Company's name was changed to EMS Ltd. from EMS Infracon Pvt.Ltd..

  • The Company acquired a 75% stake in BrijBihari Pulp and Paper Private Limited.
