- DHHL invested in the Company.
2003
- The Registered Office of the Company was shifted to 4th, Floor, Matulya Centre, A- Wing, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai 400 013.

- The company launched its radio broadcasting station in Kolkata.

2005
- There was a reduction of capital and set off of losses against the share capital and the securities premium account.
- DHHL sold its shareholding in the Company to BCCL.
- The company incorporated its subsidiary Times Innovative Media Private Limited.
- The 3600 and OOH media businesses were transferred from TIML to TIMPL.
2006
- ENIL unveiled FM radio operations in Jaipur and Bangalore.
2010
- Entertainment Network (India) Ltd approved the appointment of Mr. Prashant Panday as the Whole-time Director.

- India's largest FM Station Radio Mirchi joined hands with a Dubai based Cricket Radio.
2013
- Entertainment Network (India) Ltd recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.

- Entertainment Network (India) Limited launched a radio station in Jammu.
