EP Biocomposites Reports 89% Revenue Decline in Half-Year Results

EP Biocomposites Limited reported unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations dropped significantly to Rs 407.48 lakhs compared to Rs 760.13 lakhs in the same period last year, representing an 89% decline. Net profit fell to Rs 9.04 lakhs from Rs 82.53 lakhs in the previous year. Basic earnings per share decreased to Rs 0.54 from Rs 4.91. The company's cash and cash equivalents reduced to Rs 87.83 lakhs from Rs 161.67 lakhs. Short-term borrowings increased to Rs 154.36 lakhs from Rs 52.60 lakhs. The Board of Directors approved these results in their meeting held on November 3, 2025. The company operates without any subsidiary, associate, or joint venture companies.

EP Biocomposites Secures INR 1.25 Crore Sewage Treatment Plant Contract for ONGC Convention Center

EP Biocomposites Limited has received a work order worth INR 12,508,826 from Shree Riddhi Siddhi Buildwell Limited for designing, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning a 225 KLD capacity Modular Sewage Treatment Plant with MBBR Technology. The project is for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited's (ONGC) Convention Center in Goa, which will be the largest convention center in the state with capacity for over 5,000 delegates. The contract is scheduled for completion by February 2026. The company noted this represents another repeat order from ONGC, highlighting their track record of delivering multiple successful projects for the oil corporation in a timely manner.
