Epic Energy Limited Reports Quarterly Results and Approves Rs 19 Crore Warrant Issue

Epic Energy Limited's Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 75.40 lakhs for the quarter, with a profit before tax of Rs 23.82 lakhs. For the half-year period, revenue reached Rs 179.47 lakhs with profit before tax of Rs 33.26 lakhs. The Board also approved the issuance of up to 38 lakh fully convertible warrants at Rs 50 per warrant, raising up to Rs 19 crore through preferential allotment. The warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months from allotment date. Nine investors including promoters and non-promoters will participate in the warrant issue, with Soleos Energy Pvt Ltd being the largest subscriber at 20 lakh warrants. The company operates in three segments: Power Saving Solutions, Renewable Energy Solutions, and EV Charging Infrastructure.
