ERP Soft Systems Reports Mixed Performance in Q2 FY26 Results

ERP Soft Systems Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 15.93 lakhs for the quarter compared to Rs 30.93 lakhs in the same period last year. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 2.12 lakhs versus Rs 1.73 lakhs in the previous year. For the half year, standalone revenue was Rs 47.01 lakhs against Rs 75.39 lakhs in the corresponding period last year, while net profit increased to Rs 4.09 lakhs from Rs 2.94 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, quarterly revenue was Rs 233.79 lakhs compared to Rs 167.70 lakhs in the previous year, with net profit of Rs 4.68 lakhs versus Rs 3.11 lakhs. The consolidated half-year revenue reached Rs 546.90 lakhs against Rs 425.32 lakhs last year, with net profit of Rs 9.22 lakhs compared to Rs 5.45 lakhs. The company operates in software support and consulting services and has one subsidiary, Libertycom LLC in the USA. Basic earnings per share for the quarter was Rs 0.05 on standalone basis and Rs 0.12 on consolidated basis.

ERP Soft Systems Limited approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, during a board meeting held on August 13, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 31.08 lakhs and profit after tax of Rs. 1.96 lakhs for the quarter. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations was Rs. 313.11 lakhs with profit after tax of Rs. 4.54 lakhs. The board also approved the resignation of M/s. Vijayaraghavan & Associates as statutory auditors due to official commitments and appointed M/s. Sudhakar & Kumar Associates as new statutory auditors for a five-year term. The new auditing firm has offices in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, with expertise spanning project evaluation, audits, taxation, and due diligence across various sectors including manufacturing, software, and financial services.
