Espire Hospitality Signs Five New Properties in Udaipur, Rishikesh, and Goa

Espire Hospitality Limited has signed agreements for five new hotel properties across Udaipur, Rishikesh, and North Goa as part of its strategy to double inventory by March 2026. The properties include Country Inn Premier in Udaipur (55 rooms, opening January 2026), three properties in Rishikesh including Country Inn Premier, Country Inn, and Smart Stays by Country Inn (all opening November 2025), and Country Inn in Calangute, North Goa (44 rooms, opening November 2025). The company is targeting a 30-hotel milestone by FY26. Additionally, Espire Hospitality is planning three luxury hotels in Mussoorie, Mumbai, and near Vrindavan, and is finalizing a new ZANA Resort in Dehradun. Espire Hospitality Reports Record Q1 FY26 Results with 82% Revenue Growth

Espire Hospitality Limited announced its highest-ever first quarter performance for the period ended June 30, 2025. The company achieved revenue of Rs. 3,174.13 lakhs, marking 82% growth compared to the same quarter last year. EBITDA reached Rs. 761.47 lakhs, representing 218% growth year-over-year. The company reported PAT of Rs. 140.71 lakhs and basic earnings per share of Rs. 1.04. Key operational metrics include Average Daily Rate of Rs. 7,493 and Revenue Per Available Room of Rs. 5,716, which was 18% higher than the previous year and outperformed the industry average of Rs. 4,839. During the quarter, Espire added two new properties - Country Inn Gurugram and Country Inn Maribella Amritsar - adding 75 rooms to its portfolio. The company operates 15 hotels and resorts across three brands: Six Senses Fort Barwara, ZANA Luxury Resorts, and Country Inn Hotels and Resorts. The board also approved exploring additional fundraising options for capital expenditure on ongoing hotel projects and tasked the Audit Committee to suggest the way forward.

Espire Hospitality has reported a substantial increase in both net profit and revenue for its fourth quarter. The company's net profit rose to 45 million rupees, up from 8 million rupees in the same period last year. Revenue also saw a significant jump, reaching 406 million rupees compared to 99 million rupees in the previous year's corresponding quarter.
