Euro-Leder Fashion Reports 184% Jump in Quarterly Profit, Appoints New Directors and Auditors

Euro-Leder Fashion Limited reported a net profit of Rs 5.22 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs 1.84 lakhs in the same period last year. Total income increased to Rs 595.24 lakhs from Rs 343.08 lakhs year-over-year. Net sales rose to Rs 539.04 lakhs from Rs 320.62 lakhs in the previous year quarter. The board appointed Mrs Ashitha K as an independent director for a five-year term starting August 6, 2025. The company also appointed S Ganesan as secretarial auditor for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, and K.Anand and Associates as internal auditor for FY 2025-26. The 33rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2025, via video conferencing. The company confirmed no deviations in the use of IPO proceeds.
