Everlon Financials Reports 81.5% Revenue Growth But Swings to Loss in Q1 2025

Everlon Financials Limited, an NBFC registered with RBI, reported revenue from operations of ₹822.93 lakhs in Q1 2025, up 81.5% from ₹453.49 lakhs in the previous year. Despite strong revenue growth, the company swung to a loss before tax of ₹38.40 lakhs compared to a profit of ₹202.36 lakhs in Q1 of the previous year. Net loss stood at ₹40.95 lakhs versus a net profit of ₹197.71 lakhs in the prior year quarter. Total comprehensive loss was ₹267.71 lakhs compared to comprehensive income of ₹1,039.42 lakhs previously. EPS turned negative at ₹(0.66) from positive ₹3.19 in the same quarter last year. The board approved key leadership reappointments including Managing Director Jitendra K. Vakharia for three years and Independent Director Kiron Basty Shenoy for a second five-year term. The company scheduled its 36th Annual General Meeting for September 5, 2025 via video conferencing.
