FGP Limited Reports Quarterly Results for September 2025

FGP Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹6.15 lakhs for the quarter, with total income of ₹27.62 lakhs. Net profit for the quarter was ₹6.14 lakhs, compared to ₹5.00 lakhs in the previous quarter. For the half year, total income reached ₹79.94 lakhs with net profit of ₹32.32 lakhs. Basic earnings per share stood at ₹0.05 for the quarter and ₹0.27 for the half year. The company's total assets increased to ₹401.35 lakhs as of September 30, 2025, from ₹364.63 lakhs in March 2025. Cash and cash equivalents improved to ₹67.14 lakhs from ₹2.47 lakhs. The results were reviewed by statutory auditors MVK Associates, who issued an unmodified conclusion.

FGP Limited received an income tax refund of Rs. 52,56,617 including interest for Assessment Year 2006-07 on August 25, 2025. The refund was received following an order giving effect to the Hon'ble ITAT Order. The company informed BSE Limited about this development through its Chief Financial Officer Sapna Dubey.
