However, profit after tax declined to ₹6.24 lakhs compared to ₹6.94 lakhs in the prior year quarter. The company reported profit before tax of ₹6.47 lakhs and earnings per share of ₹0.13. The company has paid-up equity share capital of ₹482.65 lakhs and other equity of ₹39.40 lakhs as of March 31, 2025. Independent auditors conducted a limited review and found no material misstatements in the financial results.
