2001
- G.V. Films Ltd entered into a tie-up with Zen & Art of Client Server Computing Ltd to supply 4,000 Hindi movies in beta format for video-on-demand through the Internet.
2005
- GV Films signed an MOU with 1-Net Singapore for web streaming of over 6000 films.
- GV Films entered into an MOU with Sidesh Films, Mumbai.
- The Company split its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1.

2006
