For the half year, revenue reached ₹4,654.38 lakhs against ₹4,246.18 lakhs in the corresponding period last year, with net profit of ₹20.78 lakhs compared to ₹16.70 lakhs. Basic earnings per share for the quarter stood at ₹0.03. The company's total assets increased to ₹7,641.55 lakhs from ₹7,109.34 lakhs. Inventories rose to ₹5,025.59 lakhs from ₹4,324.00 lakhs. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on October 17, 2025.

Gautam Gems Limited reported quarterly results for the period ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations remained stable at ₹7,547.92 lakhs compared to ₹7,550.90 lakhs in the same period last year. The company turned profitable with a profit after tax of ₹6.46 lakhs versus a loss of ₹14.59 lakhs in the previous year quarter. The company provided an update on its overseas direct investment in AG Corporation Ltd, UK, stating that the remittance of £100,000 towards share capital remains pending due to regulatory approvals. AG Corporation was incorporated in 2023 and has not yet commenced operations. Once the remittance is completed, Gautam Gems will hold 100% shareholding in AG Corporation.
