GCM Securities Limited reported a net loss of ₹26.24 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a net loss of ₹7.70 lakhs in the previous quarter. The company's total income decreased to ₹0.50 lakhs from ₹7.58 lakhs in the preceding quarter. For the half-year period, the company recorded a net loss of ₹34.18 lakhs versus ₹65.94 lakhs in the corresponding period last year. The company's equity share capital remained unchanged at ₹1,899.60 lakhs. Cash and cash equivalents increased to ₹74.31 lakhs from ₹7.59 lakhs as of March 31, 2025. The auditors noted that certain account balances including loans, advances, trade receivables and payables are subject to confirmation and reconciliation.
