Genus Prime Infra Reports Strong Quarterly Performance with Rs 45.59 Lakh Standalone Profit

Genus Prime Infra Limited reported unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company achieved standalone revenue from operations of Rs 61.57 lakhs, significantly higher than Rs 1.22 lakhs in the previous quarter and Rs 8.07 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Standalone profit after tax reached Rs 45.59 lakhs compared to a loss of Rs 2.40 lakhs in the previous quarter. On a consolidated basis, total income was Rs 79.71 lakhs with profit after tax of Rs 3.41 lakhs. The company completed a complex scheme of arrangement approved by the National Company Law Tribunal on April 24, 2025, involving amalgamation, merger, and demerger of multiple entities. This resulted in changes to the company's subsidiary and associate structure, with net assets of Rs 27,468.01 lakhs being adjusted in the books. Basic earnings per share improved to Rs 0.31 on standalone basis and Rs 0.08 on consolidated basis.
