1990	The company was incorporated on 29th October to manufacture cut and polished granite tiles and slabs. The company set up a 100% Export Oriented Unit to manufacture granite tiles and slabs. The company acquired 5 acres of land from Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board at Hoskote Industrial Estate in Bangalore.
