2007	Global Vectra signed an agreement with Transocean Offshore.
2008	Captain Dhirendra Kumar Chand was appointed as Whole-time Director of the company. Mr. Eduard Van Dam was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The company designated an email id for registering complaints by investors.
2009	The company shifted its corporate office to a new address in Mumbai.
2011	Ms. Swati Rishi was appointed as Director of the Company.
2015	Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd signed an agreement with Airbus to supply spare parts and optimize operations. Azal Azerbaijan Aviation Limited, a promoter group company of Global Vectra Helicorp Limited, changed its name.
