Globalspace Technologies Reports Quarterly Profit, Appoints New Independent Director

Globalspace Technologies Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.07 lacs compared to a loss of Rs 262.71 lacs in the same quarter last year. Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 15.96 lacs versus a loss of Rs 257.46 lacs year-on-year. The Board recommended reappointment of M/s. Bansi Lal Shah & Co. as statutory auditors for two years and M/s. AJP & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Pulkit Chowdhary was appointed as Additional Independent Director for three years effective August 12, 2025. The company scheduled its 15th Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2025.
