Globus Power Generation Reports Zero Revenue in Q1 FY2026, Appoints New Independent Directors

Globus Power Generation Ltd reported zero revenue from operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs. 0.05 lakhs in the same period last year. Total expenses decreased to Rs. 13.79 lakhs from Rs. 16.08 lakhs year-over-year. The company recorded exceptional items of Rs. 9.50 lakhs, resulting in a net loss of Rs. 3.98 lakhs, significantly lower than the Rs. 16.39 lakhs loss in Q1 FY2025. Total comprehensive loss improved to Rs. 3.98 lakhs from Rs. 30.56 lakhs in the previous year.
