Gothi Plascon Reports Quarterly Financial Results for Period Ended September 30, 2025

Gothi Plascon (India) Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 149.46 lacs for the quarter, compared to Rs. 91.76 lacs in the previous quarter and Rs. 105.80 lacs in the corresponding period last year. The company achieved a profit of Rs. 80.78 lacs for the quarter. Employee benefits expense stood at Rs. 18.55 lacs, while depreciation and amortization expenses were Rs. 9.89 lacs. The company's total assets increased to Rs. 1,840.64 lacs as of September 30, 2025, from Rs. 1,728.29 lacs as of March 31, 2025. Share capital remained unchanged at Rs. 1,020 lacs with a face value of Rs. 10 each. The company operates mainly in real estate and other activities business segment. The results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on November 12, 2025.
