Gothi Plascon (India) Limited held a board meeting on July 31, 2025, approving unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 91.76 lacs compared to Rs. 105.00 lacs in the same quarter last year. Profit for the period was Rs. 35.83 lacs versus Rs. 47.20 lacs in the previous year quarter. The board accepted the resignation of statutory auditors M/s N.Singhal & Co, who cited preoccupation with other professional and personal commitments as the reason for resignation. M/s Achha Associates, Chartered Accountants was appointed as the new statutory auditor for a five-year term at Rs. 1,50,000 per annum. The company also approved the notice for its 30th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 1, 2025, to be held through video conferencing.
