Year	History
2013	Commissioned our Dum Dum Hospital.
2016	Our Dum Dum Hospital received permission to provide kidney transplantation service.
2019	Commissioned our Howrah Hospital.
2021	Initiated B.Sc Nursing Programme with an intake capacity of 45 students in our Agartala Hospital. Signed a lease agreement for a new hospital in Ranchi on September 17. Our Company was converted to a public limited company and our name was changed to GPT Healthcare Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the RoC on September 15.
2023	Signed a memorandum of understanding for the construction and finishing of a hospital building at Raipur on January 16. Signed a cancer care department management agreement to set up and operate the cancer care department at our Agartala Hospital on September 1.

GPT Healthcare Reports 9.8% Revenue Growth to Rs 228.92 Cr in H1FY26

GPT Healthcare Limited reported total income of Rs 228.92 crore for H1FY26, representing a 9.8% increase from Rs 208.5 crore in H1FY25. Revenue from operations grew 11% to Rs 226 crore. However, net profit declined 26.2% to Rs 18.3 crore from Rs 24.7 crore in the previous year. EBITDA margin compressed to 18.8% from 22.2% in H1FY25. The company operates 719 beds across five multispecialty hospitals in Eastern India with an overall bed occupancy rate of 44.7%. Average revenue per occupied bed stood at Rs 38,376. The company recently commissioned a new 158-bed hospital in Raipur in May 2025 and declared an interim dividend of Re 1 per share. GPT Healthcare targets becoming a 1,000-bed facility within the next two years, focusing on Tier I and Tier II cities in Eastern India.
