2002
- GTN Textiles recommended a dividend of 17.5%.
2003
- The Stock Exchange - Ahmedabad (ASE) approved the delisting of equity shares of the Company from their Exchange.
2004
- The Managing Director of GTN Textiles Ltd, Mr Mahendra Kumar Patodia, was selected as Vice-Chairman of CII (AP).
2005
- GTN Textiles recommended a dividend of 12.5%.
2006
- The company changed its name from GTN Textiles Ltd. to GTN Industries Ltd.
- The trading symbol of the company was changed from GTNTEXT to GTNIND.
2007
- The Registered Office of the Company was shifted to Chitkul Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District, Andhra Pradesh.
