1966

1994

  • The company promoted Patspin India Limited, a 100% EOU as a joint venture with ITOCHU Corporation, Japan and KSIDC, Trivandrum.

1995

  • The company acquired a Cotton Spinning Unit in Nagpur, Maharashtra through amalgamation of Perfect Spinners Limited.

1997

  • The company set up a yarn dyeing and mercerizing unit at Shadnagar, Andhra Pradesh.

2004

  • The company was ranked 63rd in the BB 100 Gross Forex listing.
  • The company ranked 327th in Industry 2.0's second annual listing of top 500 manufacturing companies in India.
  • The company received a composite score of 12 out of a possible 15 in Industry 2.0's SCM Metrics study.

2005

  • GTN Industries Limited was incorporated as a public limited company on 28th March.
  • It obtained the certificate for commencement of business on 6th April.
  • GTN Industries Limited changed its name to GTN Textiles Limited through a fresh certificate of incorporation on 27th December.

2006

  • GTN Textiles recommended a dividend of 9%.

2008

  • GTN Textiles designated an E-mail ID for Investors Complaints.

2018

  • GTN Textiles received Gold Trophy for Special Achievement in Yarn 2017-18.

2019

  • GTN Textiles received Silver Trophy for the Second highest export performance in Cotton Yarn.
