Gujarat Intrux Limited Reports Quarterly Results and Reconstitutes Audit Committee

Gujarat Intrux Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,077.4 lakhs for the quarter, compared to Rs 1,088.6 lakhs in the previous quarter. Net profit after tax stood at Rs 457.51 lakhs for the quarter versus Rs 471.1 lakhs in the prior quarter. For the half-year period, revenue reached Rs 2,166.0 lakhs with net profit of Rs 928.61 lakhs. The company's cash and cash equivalents increased to Rs 701.89 lakhs as of September 30, 2025, from Rs 166.75 lakhs as of March 31, 2025. The Board also reconstituted the audit committee with four members including Mr. Bhupendra Shantilal Avalani as Chairman and added Ms. Rency Rajeshbhai Tanti as a new member. The statutory auditors M/s. MAAK Associates confirmed no modified opinions in their limited review report.
