2022

  • The company split its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.

2023

  • Company name changed to Hampton Sky Realty Ltd. from Ritesh Properties & Industries Ltd.
  • The company launched a new high street commercial project.

2024

  • The Company got approvals for a hospital project with Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd.
