Haryana Leather Chemicals Sets Record Date for INR 1 Final Dividend

Haryana Leather Chemicals Ltd has announced a record date of August 30, 2025, for determining eligibility for a final dividend of INR 1 per equity share for the financial year 2024-2025. The Board of Directors recommended this dividend at their meeting held on May 15, 2025. The board also approved the continuation of Mr. Vijay Kumar Garg as Non-Executive Director after he turns 75 years old. Mr. Garg has been associated with the company since July 22, 2003, and brings experience in chemicals and business expansion.
