2013	Hathway Broadband tied up with D-Link Direct Service to launch Wi-Fi Broadband Homes. Hathway used highly integrated systems-on-chips from STMicroelectronics to power their HD STBs. Hathway installed 6.8 million STBs in Phase I and II cities.
2014	Hathway launched Hathway CCC Cine Channel. Hathway launched 50 Mbps Docsis 3.0 ultra high speed broadband. Hathway launched 150 additional Standard Definition channels and four additional High Definition TV channels. Hathway launched online and TV Service, H-tube and HD Personal Video Recorder. Hathway joined hands with EROS to launch broadband movie services. Mr. Brahmal Vasudevan, Mr. Sasha Mirchandani, Mr. Sridhar Gorthi, and Mr. Devendra Shrotri were appointed as Independent Directors for a term of five years.
2015	The Company split its face value from Rs. 10 to Rs. 2.
2021	Hikal signed a 10-year multi-product contract with a leading global pharmaceutical innovator company.

Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Amrish Kumar as Vice President of Billing & Collection, effective November 17, 2025. The appointment was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Kumar brings over 22 years of experience in billing, collections, and customer lifecycle management. He holds an MCA degree from Punjab University and an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. Kumar joins from Vodafone Idea Ltd., where he served as General Manager – Prepaid Operations and Retention Head.

Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited announced its quarterly results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
