Hawa Engineers Reports Mixed Quarterly Performance with Revenue Decline

Hawa Engineers Limited announced its quarterly results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The industrial valves manufacturer reported revenue from operations of Rs 3,152.71 lakhs, compared to Rs 3,536.08 lakhs in the same quarter last year, representing a decline. Net profit after tax stood at Rs 52.74 lakhs versus Rs 93.92 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For the half-year period, revenue was Rs 5,651.79 lakhs compared to Rs 6,308.89 lakhs in the previous year. The company's earnings per share for the quarter was Rs 1.50 compared to Rs 2.66 in the same quarter last year. Total assets increased to Rs 6,679.81 lakhs as of September 30, 2025, from Rs 6,112.76 lakhs as of March 31, 2025. The results were approved by the Board of Directors and reviewed by the Audit Committee.
