Hawkins Cookers Reports Mixed Q2 Results with Revenue Growth but Declining Profitability

Hawkins Cookers announced its Q2 financial results showing revenue growth to 3.2 billion rupees from 2.9 billion rupees year-over-year. However, the company experienced a decline in profitability with net profit dropping to 319 million rupees from 340 million rupees compared to the same period last year. EBITDA also decreased to 440 million rupees from 456 million rupees year-over-year, while EBITDA margin compressed to 13.9% from 15.44% in the previous year's corresponding quarter.

Hawkins Cookers Reports 5% Decline in Revenue for June 2025 Quarter

Hawkins Cookers Limited reported revenue from operations of Rs 227.54 crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs 239.08 crores in the same quarter last year, marking a decline of approximately 5%. Net profit after tax increased to Rs 25.05 crores from Rs 25.94 crores in the previous year quarter. Total comprehensive income for the period was Rs 25.02 crores compared to Rs 25.84 crores in June 2024. Earnings per share stood at Rs 47.37 versus Rs 49.05 in the corresponding quarter last year. The company operates in a single segment of manufacture, trading and sale of kitchenware. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited results on August 6, 2025, with statutory auditors Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP providing an unmodified limited review report.
